Agriculture I need to build a Farm in my country

Hello. My name is Edgar Diaz. I am Venezuelan, Engineer in Urban Planning Graduated in 1995. In 1998 I did a specialization in financial management (MBA) and in 1999 I made a specialization in project management engineering . I have extensive experience in project development: from its financial aspect , marketing and organizational . Certainly I have a wide experience working outside my country and my certification as PMI ( 204 233 ) allows me to ensure good performance in my work and its corresponding results.

I have been working since 2007 related to field: Accounting with the following industries such as banking, business process outsourcing, manufacturing, oil refining and startup companies. I am proud to say that I am skilled and well knowledgeable on the following field of accounting such as bookkeeping, Accounts Payable Management, Accounts Receivable Management, Bank Reconciliation, Payroll and Taxation in relation to that I am skilled in the following Accounting Software such as SAP, Quickbooks, Netsuite and Oracle in addition I am very knowledgeable in using the following office tools namely Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Outlook, and also do researching content writing and consulting. I also have basic knowledge and background on Xero, Visual Basic, Marketing and Sales, Business Analysis and Financial Statement Analysis. Just give me the details and we will review your project we will give you a details business process, marketing strategy, start up, your own website and financial forecast. In addition if we agreed upon this I am requiring a 10% deposit for the salaries of my team that can be refunded if we will not pursue then 25% additional upon completion of the 50% of our task and the rest upon turnover of the whole business process including company logo, website and the business plan.
