Over the course of 3 weeks i need somebody to take over some of the business admin duties whilst I am away. This is a trial that will also act as an opportunity to make this a permanent role. Over the course of the 3 weeks, I expect there will be around 20/25 enquiries. They will all be looking to arrange care; you will be sent the details of the clients and login to see all the data they have entered. You will then send a template email to the services in our database who can provide that care (you will also be given a list of the matching providers). You will then chase these providers for quotes if they take long to respond. Next you must send their quotes back to the client for their approval. If they like one of them, you arrange an interview for the two to meet. There is then a follow up call to see how it went and ask if they are going to agree terms. An understanding of the care industry is necessary. To summarise the process: 1. Take initial enquiry / follow up those who dont complete the form 2. Send email to providers 3. Chase providers 4. Send results to clients 5. Arrange interview 6. Follow up after interview 7. Agree deal. I'll provide you with the CRM to manage this too. If possible too, I'd be keen to send any calls to you between 9-5 Mon - Fri. Please give me a price for: 1. A price for each stage undertaken (as laid out above) 2. A price for each call handled I will look to pay a bonus too for all leads that are closed. This will be from 28 Aug - 18 Sept.

I am willing to take the trial and if we are satisfied with one another I'd be glad to take these duties permanently off you. Tell me more details about the process. How you follow up those who hasn't complete the form, chase providers and arrange interviews - by phone or by email, etc. What CRM you use? Anything else I need to know before starting. Regarding the phone call, please tell me what is your time zone and how many calls you expect to receive during the tree week period. If the time zone is convenient for me I am pretty sure we can arrange reasonable price. Price for the each stage undertaken for the trail period: 1. Within my business support roles I have had experience manning a busy reception and switchboard, taking incoming calls from private clients, members of the public, professionals and partner agencies. Helping deal with enquiries professionally, advising them appropriately and making referrals where necessary. In addition I have very good organisational skills, attentive to detail, very good typing speed, conversant with Microsoft Applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, including other organisational computer programs/software, having used these extensively in all my work roles. I am also able to deal with official correspondence via emails and post, sending out relevant information to clients, taking account of Confidentiality Act. I also have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, good organisational and interpersonal skills, and customer service focused as I am a peoples person and having worked in customer facing roles. I am the right person for the job because I have the right skills and attributes that would enable me carry out the responsibilities effectively and professionally.
