I've been working as a designer in the develop of ideas from the first concept design, to the 3d modelling and finally the technical drawings for production. MY EXPERIENCE:- I am a graduate mechanical engineer. I have worked in various engineering industries, such as machine tools, Heavy fabrication, precision machine manufacturers, pumps, valve manufacturers & hydraulic press manufacturer’s etc-. Now I am a full time freelancer. I HAVE EXPERIENCE OF MORE THAN 35 YEARS AS CHIEF DESIGNER, PRODUCT ENGINEER, R&D ENGINEER, PRODUCTION MANAGER & AS GENERAL MANAGER. I have hands on experience machine design, product design & development, process engineering. Hydraulic machines, such as hydraulic presses, actuator, hydraulic systems for many application. I have more than 15 years of experience in using program tools, AUTOCAD, CATIA, SOLID WORKS, REVIT ARCH. During my carrier I prepared design & detail drawings sing these tools. I do have experience in using MSOFFICE for more than 20 years. I prepare design calculations and any other calculations related to the projects. using excel & logic functions and prepare reports. PROFIENCY:- 1) Machine design, product design & development in mechanical engineering. 2) Process design: I prepare process drawings and time estimate for processing the products & the individual product elements. 3) Hydraulic machines: Design custom built machines in power hydraulics, suiting to clients applications. I also design hydraulic & pneumatic elements, such as valves, cylinders, & any type of actuators, as per client’s requirement.
