If I’m reading your advert correctly you’re asking to tolerance the design/idea so as to be viable for 3d printing in abs plastic or injection moulding. Unless the plan is to gravity cast the pieces like one would resin in which case the considerations are slightly different. While I was studying at reading university the main prototyping technique used was taking a 3d design in solid works and (with proper considerations met) printing them in plastic. We used this for small robot parts and pcb board supports mostly but the manufacturing method is the same. I’ve had some experience previous to this with extra time spent on sand casting, wax casting, injection moulding and several less common methods besides. Depending on what you were looking to get out of this I’m happy to work with the blender 3d design program to make the result compatible with most open source 3d printers or I can work in graphic design software to get you a refined design image or engineering diagram.
