My expertise is -Product design (Electro mechanical, Automotive and Not Automotive) -3d modeling, 3d rendering, Reverse engineering. -Plastic mold design,Stamping die design, progressive die design, jigs/fixture. -SPM, Equipment,Machine building. -3d printing -CNC programming I worked on aluminium, sheet metal, plastic, wood, Acrylic and other engineering plastics. I've been working as a designer in the develop of ideas from the first concept design, to the 3d modelling and finally the technical drawings for production. I’m an Engineer (37 years) with experience in: - R&D - Project Management - Product development - Manufacturing - Teaching of Chemistry and Chemical Reactor Design (I had been like Teacher Instructor in Organic Chemistry, Mathematics and Chemical Reactors Design at at the university) - Process Automation - I have also designed and manufactured automatic equipment (Hardware and Software) to performance physical tests in accordance with ASTM Standards (hardness, flammability, elongation, tear resistance, etc.). I have a machine and tools shop in which we fabricate metal and wood prototypes and metallic and resin molds and made 3D plastic prints too, I think their stuff is not too difficult to work, that is, as I see it, a job of spatial ability. which we can cover in a short time At this moment, I have free time (20 to 25 hr./week), I can dedicate this time or part of it to your project.
