Awards Banquet

We need a powerpoint presentation for an Awards banquet for Insurance agents. This powerpoint needs to be able to work with microsoft [login to view URL] need an intro slide and the remaining slides will all have the same format until the final award, Agent of the Year, with the nominees for each award. Each award should have its own slide listing only the category. The next slide will introduce the nominees. All the names should fly in at once. We would like for the 4 losing names to fade/fly out as an animation and only have the winner's name standing as the winner is announced. I have attached a list of the awards and the winners. All the winners are at the top of each category in the attachment. Please list names in alphabetical order (by last name) on the slides r nominations. Please add music (achievement, movtivational type music) to the presentation. Please also add the 2 logos that I have attached to each slide. Do not number the slides we will adjust order once finished. There are 4 additional awards that are not on the attachment. Career Agent of the Year - Lisa Berens, Angie VanderVinne, Shabbir Lakhani, Antoinette Gray, Brian Bolger We want a 1-2 minute build up w music and words flying in and out building up to career of the year. We want the words flying in to be Top Premium Growth Career, Top FFS Career, and Career Agent Championship Qualifier. After those fly in the final slide should have Lisa Berens with her picture that I have attached The Best - Ark Rusak, Raul Hernandez, Robb Hasty, Albert Dyduch Charitable Donations - Jim Confer, Jeff Sopko, Lisa Berens ....EACH OF THESE SHOULD HAVE THEIR OWN SLIDE LISTING THE CHARITY AND HOW MUCH MONEY WAS RAISED Jim Confer - Sportsman for Charity Jeff Sopko - Lisa Berens - Agent of the Year - Raul Hernandez, Jack Krzosek, Ernesto Pacheco, Robb Hasty. We want a 1-2 minute build up w music and words flying in and out building up to agent of the year. We want the words flying in to be Top 3 specialty, top 3 commercial, top 3 life, top 3 VUL, top 3 mutual funds, top 3 GDC, top 3 fire profitablility, top 3 commercial profitability, top 3 all lines profitability, top 3 commercial GWP growth, top 3 life gwp growth. After those fly in the final slide should have Raul Hernandez with his picture that I have attached. Capitalize all slides appropriately.
