Create PSD version of website header

I want to copy the header style from the following URL : [login to view URL] But I want some modifications made, so that the lime green that is used is changed to sky blue. - The lime green strip where Network appears should at this point be the colour #26a4d5 - The limelight logo is removed (can be replaced with dummy logo if needed) - The support/contact etc... links along the top are not required - I need 2 different versions for different widths of the white container around the lime green stip; 1. exactly the way is currently is on the site. 2. a version where the white container extends all the way to the right hand side of the screen(keeping the small extention of the strip on the RHS). I need a new panel inserted into the right hand side of the white header area where I am going to put in a login form. (No form, just a styled holding area) - The gray strip with Services/Network etc.. needs to just be the empty strip without the words. - I need the lighting effect to appear exactly as it does in the original I've tried to do this myself but I couldn't handle the lighting effect. It affects everything else in the header.
