Copy Icons from PNG to PSD and save with backgrounds

This is mostly a repetative task and can probably be accomplished in large part by the Photoshop batch tasking system.? There are 2 sheets of icons here, approximately 400-500 icons.? The steps to accomplish: 1.? Copy icon from icon sheet to PSD file. 2.? Scale to fit inside guide square I have already defined. 3.? Invert to white and paste layer style from sample layers. 4.? There are approximate 27 color layers in the psd, each providing a different color button appearance.? Save the image with each of the 27 colors in seperate folders or with seperate sortable names such as Green0001, Green0002, etc.? I would prefer folders if possible, and having the files all have the same name so the "Home" icon is [login to view URL] in each folder for each color. i.e. Green -> [login to view URL] Yellow -> [login to view URL] Red -> [login to view URL] I have attached the icon sheets, the PSD, and samples of some completed button samples.
