Alter 50 Image backgrounds

I need someone to take 50 images I have of people's faces and make the background white. Some of the images are bad quality, but thats what i have to work with. Only reply if you know how to do this by creating a mask. I don't want the background erased from the file. Also, I need someone who knows how to do this without leaving the edges of the image extremely blurry. I don't want it to look as if the person is in a cloud.
