Design for flash app

I need a design for flash application. This application will be a small part of the existing web site of dance school. The design I need have to match with the existing design of the web site. Flash application with this design will be lightly animated. So I need a design for this application before and after animation. There should have to be two separate parts, one of them will be suitable to go to video and photo gallery, another – to go to the registration form. Please find the schematic structure in attached file. I need a design for the registration form too. The registration form will be lightly animated. The registration application will be created by the principle of “one click”. Please find detail in the scheme attached. The design have to fulfill these criteria: 1. to reflect the spirit of the dance; 2. to match with the design of web site (colors, style...) 3. the design don’t have to be heaped, have to be solid. 4. the design should have to be clear for the developer, witch will animate flash animation. 5. design have to be in PSD files. I need to view 3 initial (not done till the end) examples of the design of flash application. The link to the existing sites with the design I need (as an example) is suitable for me too. I will choose one of them and the design that I chosen you will have to create for me.
