Seeking Revelopment - Webmaster / Perl Expert

Hello...Seeking a very competent webmaster developer/designer/perl programmer/understands SEO, jack/jill of all trades who posesses honesty, integrity, and excellent communication skills for several subscription-based singles/dating websites. The websites are written in perl/CGI using a MySql database hosted on a Unix server. These websites are configured to use a billing, login system, currently the websites are programmed with one database and use cookies to log-in. If you decide to bid on this project, please have the time and dedication to allocate /devote to these projects listed below. Here is a list of what needs to be done: 1. Change the current programming to log-in from cookies to sessions. The subscribers are having problems when they return back to the website and cannot log back in because of the log-in script that is employing cookies. 2. We need to change the credit card integration on the websites from what is currently used to a new system. We also need a SSL page created. Also, we need to reconfigure the current subscription plans the user sees with more options, eg. 1 month, 3 months etc. The gateway is [login to view URL] and we have two merchant accounts already. 3. Using our templates replace the templates we are using now on one website with a new set of templates we already have and adding more content pages. 4. Create a site map on five websites with approximately 20 pages of new contentwritten in html. 5. Redevelop what is currently on 5 homepages with image links instead of text links and removing the rotating photos on this homepage with static photos. 6. Create a new website with our templates and install these templates with data pertaining to this website.
