Auto DataFeed Content to Blog Plugin

I need a scripts or plugin for Wordpress that allows me to pull datafeeds via a cron job. In particular from [login to view URL], the data feeds file must be able to pull Products Picture and Content. This scripts/plugin must also allows me to choose the number of items to post to my blog from any categories of [login to view URL] Will send in a sample site on how I want it to look like.
