1. VoIP software that handles calls from users with touch-tone phones

2. Software must ask caller for option #1 or option #2

3. If option #1 is picked:::

Software takes the sound INPUT from the VoIP call.

This sound INPUT is a series of FSK tones.

The software should then match the FSK tone it received to one that's in the database.

If there's a positive match, the software should OUTPUT that value to "something". This "something" you should figure out what it is... if all goes well, I'll be contracting you again so you can further develop this project.

4. If option #2 is picked:::

Software generates a random FSK tone that's short (less than 5 seconds). With this FSK tone, the software OUTPUTs the audio into the VoIP line... so the user's phone speaker is emitting this generated FSK tone.

The software makes a copy/index of the random FSK tone and archives it into a database. This database is everchanging and its entries are temporary.

After there©s a match between two VoIP calls to our servers, the software would proceed to run a script.

I'm very interested in seeing if we can get what we need online. I think that this can turn into a Win/Win situation for both of us involved. I will be asking you to sign a NDA (NonDisclosure Agreement) and a Workers'

Agreement. After you accept the project, we expect you to sign the documents and return them to us. After this has been done, we proceed with the project. You're totally in your right to refuse to sign the agreements; that would save your time, as well as ours.

Past references/links to portfolio would greatly appreciated. Do you have experience working with this? If this present project goes according to plan, we should by all means continue in our relationship. No need for new bids/project proposals. Again, thinking Win/Win.
