database script

This project is to modify my exisiting dolphin script to a database for tutors. Basically , tutors interested may join as a member and then add his profile picture and other fields. I need to modify the current field in the dolphin to include the followings : Tutor's Expertise in which subjects ( dropdown to select ) Level ( primary , secondary , junior college etc ) Area or district Age and Gender Contact email and mobile Other details in description All current fields like man searching for women etc to be removed. End of it , the public must be able to search tutors by any of the above fields. Results must be display with profile photo and search details in a presentable and easy to navigate manner Please let me know if you can do this as soon as possible. Thanks !
