Create Digg Accounts And Digg A Specified Post

Hi There, I need two scripts, one to create Digg accounts, and put them into a database The other script needs to take those created accounts and login to digg a specified post. I want to be able to set the times to digg the post, and the post to digg. I also want to be able to create accounts as many times as I need to. Please keep the bids under $100.
