Convert various multiple CF sites to PHP, different server

I have several low level sites that need to be converted off a CF server to a PHP server. then only really tough (if that) items is converting the cfm includes to php, (easy) and then making the CFform pages into PHP send mail pages. I estimate this to be about 30 websites, give or take a few. I will supply all of the ftp info for both sides, the old server to the new server.
