We need a custom ad-serving software based on Openads 2.4 features / functionality.
I guess a "clone" of openads 2.4 would be one way of describing where to start, but with much more functionality and customized modules.
For example, integration with Paypal for auto-payment of publishers.
or, Auto sign-up (account creation) for publishers and advertisers.
or reports and stats to be accessible on our website (external to the client login required)
Etc etc.
Please state how long this will take as we are in quite urgent need of this product. Ongoing work for maintenance and upgrades will also be considered.
