Clone of request for quote website

Hello, I am seeking a clone of [login to view URL] I want the facilty to add/edit/delete categories (all categories of [login to view URL] come here) Service providers must be able to sign up and add/modify/delete profile/check received quotes in inbox. They can reply back the quote directly from inbox. intially the quote system is free to [login to view URL] user request quote..the quote goes to all service providers in that category...who have returned enough clciks from their website. The service providers sign up free and paste a link to my website and a tracking application tracks the incoming [login to view URL] every 20 clicks etc , they are allowed to receive one quote...it is like a credit. So highest no of referrers get more quotes .. Must have inbuilt payment feature so Later I can charge per quote / lead [login to view URL] must be a activation feature in script..so ican turn it on when i want to charge. Full tracking / leads reports to be auto emailed to service providers every day..week depending on their selection Email ad campaign facility..to send mass campaigns according to category. Facility to run tracked ads in the auto emails sent to service providers at sign up/password retrieval/and when quotes are sent..etc Please get back with best quotes and be sure I want to sign a Non disclosure agreement..no duplication of this application and full source code to be provided.
