Client Area For Webdesign Company

We need a client area for our webdesign company, the features that the area should have are as follows: User Side 1- ability to track project status 2- ability to upload files 3- must have some sort of message board viewable only to client and admin 4- ability to make payments with paypal and credit card. credit card should be save for later processing and should be available via the admin page 5- ability to show website status via a php include file, mayve have a text box and inisde we only need to place a php include thing... Admin Side 1- ability to create and delete users 2- ability to create new projects 3- ability to change project status 4 ability to see customer informaiton including credit card numbers 5- ability to accep or deny documents or request made by customer (should shows on customers side if was rejected) i can't think of anything else as of now, i will need to see some sort of demo, payment will be made via escrow, please ask questions if you need to, regards.
