Classified ad script PHP needs modifications

Need an already existing classified ad script to be modified. I have the original script installed and working but need to have some modifications to it. The way it should work is when a new ad is going to be added: 1. the visitor selects the category 2. the script should check if the visitor is logged in or not. If not logged in then it should take them to login screen, and below login fields should be the form for a new registration if visitor does not have a login created yet. 3. After login (or new member registration) should continue to the ad creation field. I have attached some screenshots of the current process of the original script. The process should be changed to be like the steps described above. ---- After this the ad view should be make to be a certain width (right now it is at 100%, you can see in attached screeshot). The width should be of 800 pixels for the body and the layout to look nicer and more organized. ---- Then in the same ad view, the script already has an option for visitors to post comments or questions about the ads. This function should be activated for all ads but only logged in visitors may add comments to it. ---- Once this is fixed if the job is done good at a good price then there will may be many more future work that I can give the coder.
