Basic Data Scrape with PHP

Basic project.
I need 5 simple web pages scraped and some variables configured from those pages. It would be very easy for anyone proficient at PHP, however I have a basic understanding and this is beyond my knowledge. If you can just scrape the data, and extract the info I need from the page, and assign them to a variable....I can do the rest. :)
Would ideally like it to be completed within the next 24-48 hours.
