Adding text boxes for adding descriptions to a php image host

I have a free image host called [login to view URL] (coded in PHP and uses Zend framework). This job is about adding 3 text boxes in the website´s admin to allow the webmaster to add a description on 3 pages in the header section. A simple form for adding a description. These boxes can be added to the admin on the settings page or the categories page. Important: right now the site is 100% compatible with all search engines. Any added codes shall not affect this compatibility.
