create new website

we need a new site look for an existing site, and my graphic artists is away 1. please goto [login to view URL] for the old site which we will be retiring [note the menus will be the same for the concept you design 2. pls look at [login to view URL] this is a rendition of their brochure which I think is lousy, but they are trying to follow their identity [see RSA [login to view URL] with the 9 squares and the three colored ones in the middle] 3. I kind of mocked up something [login to view URL] which is lousy as well, the only thing we need in [login to view URL] is the map which will be flash which is 420X290 example here 4. their tag line is "![][1]![][2]![][3]Solution provider to the AEC and the Graphics industry" 5. Feel free ro use any images from RSA brochure-final proof So what I need is a professional design in psd or png that I can template for a website, so only the graphic design for now.
