Creating a Joomla/Drupal Based Site

I want to get a Joomla or Drupal based website created which will contain pictures and written material. The site will start with about 50 pages and will thereafter add about 20 pages per week on continuous basis for a period of 1 year. The additional content will be pictures and text. Further details of the project can be provided later. It will be a Web 2.0 site where visitors /users can leave comments and interact and the website will be searchable on certain parameters.
