My company has a need to build a new website. The site will be simple (approximately 10-15 pages) and purely informational, but needs to be very professional in design. We have a sister website that we are very happy with and we probably just need a developer to use that existing website as a template for the new website. The reason we are putting quite a high price on this project is:- (i) We need someone that is -very- responsive. Please do not respond if you have 3 or more other projects that you are currently working on, or if you are not always available during UK business hours (i.e. 8am - 6pm GMT) or if you are likely to be unable to respond to requests within a two hour timeframe. (ii) The fee includes the need to have the developer available for approximately 10 hours of support after the project is completed. We do not plan to use a content management system initially and so there may be alterations subsequent to go-live that require assistance from you. We would expect that the site is written using CSS, html and perhaps some JavaScript. We will be using stock photographs, will provide all of the text and wording for the site and will provide details of the example site we wish to use as a template. The source html of that site is, I believe, available.
