**Corporate Website Design** **Objective:** To re-build/re-design the existing corporate website. The new corporate website will consist of 2 layers. **1.** Main site functionality with easy to find information about the company, its products and it's loan officers. Rather than a consumer direct/response model, the goal of the new website will be to engage returning and referred client's to REMN and its employees via Loan Officer Pages. We will create avenues for new clients to find the information they need about home financing and ways to apply or connect with an REMN loan officer such as online application, click to call and online chat. **2.** Loan Officer Pages will be developed and integrated with encompass(Mortgage Management System from EllieMae) for form submission to a loan officers pipeline. The new website will be built in a **CMS (Content Management System)** for easy to edit, add & update the website. An employee profiler will be built where all loan officer information is stored such as Contact Info, Licensing Info, Bio, & Client Testimonials. The profiler will provide options for employee set up to use added plug-ins such as Online Application, Document Upload, Mortgage Calculators, etc. The profiler will be permission based to restrict non-licensed loan officers from having an online application add to their page.
