Complete existing website design and features

Complete existing information based website that provides information and resources to members and non members. General Mock-up, some content and bulletin board are in place. Need someone skilled in PHP programming with design capabilities. Flavor of site is simplicity. But it is crucial site is not junky, gimmicky or the like. Must have professional look of a site with integrity. **Will provide $50 bonus 1/25/03 if all redesign color, site corrections, article management, featured site page, and billing features are in place with live active links by 1/25/03. Coder will commence project immediately & provide daily reports of progress. Project requires "betas" of what you are working on that are uploaded on a daily basis. Create a test site that can be zipped and then uploaded later at final destination. Communicate primarily on RAC using the Reply function and/or chat. Deadline includes at least 3 days of testing & debugging. Site should be in complete form & uploaded at least 3 days before the deadline so time can be allotted for testing. Website text, images and links added to site. 5). Optimize site for search ranking. 6). Optimize site for fast loading. 7). All website software, tools, etc., programmed in-house 8) 3 mth free maintenance & support. 9) Anything you do in this project is part of deliverables. Any mockups, final form graphics, flash source code, HTML, binary files, please attach everything to a ZIP file and make part of deliverable. 10)User-friendly interfaces. 11) Coding must be according to Industry Standard with no third party components. ## Platform The system needs to have a robust database and backup features as well as export and import facilities. The database choice is PHP and MYSQL . Should be compatible with all versions of internet explorer, Netscape, windows and linux. ## Deadline information I am looking for expertise with the article management system. Design ability would be a big plus, but programming ability is key. No beginners please. And a notice prompt if all the fields are not completed or the the words are under 600. I have other web design projects and anticipate long term relationship if the work is good.
