Client Logon Addon / Ability to download artwork

Scripts ideally to be written in PHP / XML technology that will allow upload of images & items (allow for JPG/TIFF/PSD and AI files images) There will be an admin tool where their admin can upload allow for JPG/TIFF/PSD and AI files images Ability to create accounts for clients, where they can download their artwork. Inclusion of CMS Script where user can add / delete / change their website settings.
