Adding Creative Commons logo to my homepage

I have a running homepage (**php**-css-**WIKI** --> pmwiki). Creative Commons **logo should be added to the default skin** and a short **text should be included** **at the user authentication page** accepting the terms and conditions ## Deliverables **SPECIFICATION** 1.) Making sure that the visitor accepts to use the homepage under Creative commons licence Even at the first access to the site using a password, entering the acc & pw should be connected to a checkbox that says that you accepted the terms & conditions. (see attached document) 2.)
