Design for a humor website [Wordpress]

Looking for a custom wordpress design for [login to view URL] I'm looking for something similiar to [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] The design should have: - ads in the background like [login to view URL] - dynamic thumbnails like arras-theme - A good facebook connect function to login with a facebook account (collegehumor solved the problem nicely) - Like box with count like on [login to view URL] - add something which shows the "most liked posts" [combination with the like button] - An upload function and some menu to organize user uploads (not necessary) - share buttons as already available on [login to view URL] (digg/reddit and so on) - add facebook/twitter/rss feed follow button ( won't be a problem I quess) - Some extra section like "Staff picks" on [login to view URL] to show important or good posts
