Custom Woocommerce Admin Restictions

We're setting up a WooCommerce shopping cart and would like to restrict what products and categories with woocommerce that store administrators can manage based on whether their membership allows for it or not. Basically there will initially be four main categories in the Woocommerce shopping cart. With the main categories there will be several products and may be several sub categories. We want there to be one "Store Manager" administration membership for each of the 4 main category. If a user is added to that membership, i.e. "Store Manager - A" then they should be able to view the products and subcategories of the main category A. They should not be able to modify products that below to the main category B, C or D. Therefore, if you are bidding on this project we want a quote for creating the additional four memberships and restricting each membership to only have the ability to manage products and sub categories within their main category. Please send through examples of other woocommerce or wordpress custom development that you have completed and details on how you would tackle this task. All work is expected to be well commented and communication via skype is expected.
