Create a Meme plugin for Wordpress

Hi, I need a meme generator plugin for Wordpress. Would prefer if TDOMF plugin is used. It should have moderation. One meme/image in one post. A create meme page, where user would select from existing characters or upload a new image. If one selects say Bill Gates character, the created meme should automatically go into "Bill Gates Meme" category. I could assign multiple "Bill Gates" images to Bill Gates character. When a post is deleted, the meme should be deleted from server as well. On meme creation page I need two tabs, one tab for login and one tab for registration. By default login tab should be displayed, and after login, the user should be redirected to same page, and a logout link should be there. A tag option for memes, while user types a tag, existing tags should show up. I would want to be in touch with the coder, as the plugin is coded, so that I could give feedback, suggest changes.
