Convert to Wordpress

We have developed this website code html,css,javascript and tested it cross-browser. All the files are attached with this project. Your job is to turn it into a Wordpress template that will work perfectly on our blog ([login to view URL] - without the "-") by just installing the template. We require the template to modify the back-end as well, if the author selects a featured image it will show on top of the post, there should be a field or something so he can have a featured youtube video. Theres an archive / contact page. You should be able to comment on the home page by clicking on the comment link to the right of the post, and it should redirect you to comment area inside the post after submitting. Users can comment on a comment We have attached a screenshot that shows a list of plugins we are currently using on the website Dates and numbers are to be converted to the Arabic language - if you need any assistance understanding the language we will gladly help you. Search feature in responsive design should work. Ability to show posts by month / category. The main rule here is that the template should work flawlessly with our current website - our blog has been around for 9 years so we do not want to alter anything internal that will harm it. We have set up a local version of it on our pc, we will be extensively testing your work on it. Do not consider this an easy project, we strive for perfection and will not be accepting this project as complete if it is not completely functional and in sync with our current website.
