Build a website in wordpress

I require a website to be built in wordpress.
It will consist of:
* A static home page with a summary of blog posts down the right hand
side.
* About page
* Contact Us page (with email box)
* Privacy Policy page
* Blog page
* page with links to previous work
I need a simple design.
* You will need to create a title banner with my picture on the left hand side and a photo on the right hand side.
* You will need to find some professional wordpress templates that are simple and subtle (I will send you some websites that I like to give you an idea of what I like).
* I will provide all the content, some thumbnails and some images
I will need the website optimised.
* Need to install plugins like All-in-one SEO and anything else you can
recommend.
* I have a list of keywords that I would like put somewhere on the
website so that google picks it up quickly.
I will load it up to my host but will need instructions for anything more difficult than copying over files and folders.
I will need to be able to easily edit this website to update any page and the blog, so will need instructions to do so.
