Buddypress plugin & php customization - open to bidding

I have a social networking site using Buddypress ([login to view URL]) for my campus. Every class has their own group so that they can communicate each other, submit assignments, etc. I want to do some customization: 1. Group Documents Plugin --I am using "Buddypress Group Documents" Plugin in every group so the student can submit their assignments/file. I want to do 2 things: (1) Add checkbox beside every uploaded files (+select all) & download button so the members/group admin can download multiple files at once in a ZIP file. (2) Add privacy options (public or group admin only) when uploading files. If "group admin only" is selected, other group members cannot download it though the file name will be still visible. 2. Revamp the wordpress/buddypress front-end admin bar. --I only use admin bar to show notification and username. I want it to become a Facebook-like admin bar. There are friend request, private message, and notifications, in a flat and modern design. I don't want to use the default admin bar. 3. Put "Group Folders" plugin in to the notification page. --I use "Group Folders" plugin in every group. I want it to be announced in notification page whenever anyone upload a file. 4. Kick all members from their group, delete all group activities, blank certain profile field and force all members to fill the profile field again periodically. --I use "Buddypress Group-O-Matic" plugin to automatically assign people to certain groups based on what they fill in a profile field (that have a list of all groups' name). I want a button to kick all members from their group (include emptying all group activities) and force members to fill a profile field again in every semester. This button can be put on back-end admin bar. 5. Minor customization/optimization - I have a profile field called "Status". The options are "Dosen" (Lecturer) & "Mahasiswa" (student). I want every "Dosen" to be automatically become group admin whenever they join certain groups. - I see that my website consume moderate to high CPU resource (I am using Siteground that have a limit for the CPU resource). I suspect the [login to view URL] is the root cause. Any help would be appreciated.
