I need an existing wordpress homepage template amending, increasing the top banner size and making the images (5) rotate, incorporating some css overlays to the banner which change colour on mouseover and direct to specific pages as on, for example www aramar co uk and adding three editable rounded boxes to the existing homepage, along with 2 animated gifs. Graphics will be provided. The site is based on the starkers wp-theme. A revision may be required once the initial design is up after the client views. Please bid and explain how you would handle the amends. Thanks.
