aim bot using OSCAR protocol

I need a programmable AIM bot with a chat depth of about 10 replies. The replies should be able to handle many triggers for making logical replies to people who message it. Replies and triggers should be customizeable. **Example:** When a user might say "hi", I can add this trigger to the bot, and add a customizeable "reply" phrase. Other features like font color for replies, bold text, italic, etc should also be in preferences. **Milestone 1** (40% payment)**:** ** Stages: ** AIM Bot Profile Mass username/pw loading Bot Management Blocking Names ***Should provide source code for review.** **Milestone 2**(40% payment): ** Stages: ** Timeouts Trigger Phrases interface and logic. Auto Ignore View Queue ***Should provide source code for review.** **Milestone 3**(20% payment): ** Stages: ** Testing and Debugging: Performance, Stability, Read/Write log files. Release full source code & executables. Project should perform well and have no bugs. Thank you.** ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform **Platform:** I prefer a windows platform if possible (Windows XP, Windows 98). If this needs to be done on a linux platform to work just as long as it's easy to customize I'm ok with that. I'm open to many suggestions as far as getting the right solution to create this aim bot. If programming in perl I believe this needs NET::OSCAR to do it. I prefer for this to be programmed using .NET if a windows solution or any other Visual Studio .NET compatible language. I prefer PERL if programming for linux/web-based administration.
