Three small individual apps to be created in total - namely 2 x 'client' apps (one app for the end user and one for the technical operators) and a server app.
In essence, the package of apps will allow end users and technical operators to interact via screen sharing a simple text messaging.
This app needs to be coded in Delphi - I already have the source code for the screen sharing and text chat capabilities. I simply require someone to put all the pieces together which will include socket messaging.
The server software will be coded as a Windows service which acts as the central go-between end users and technical operators. This includes all logging and routing between parties.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. and UK Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
