From the abstract of the attached specification: The desktop agent for our proprietary web content management system is a Windows application that resides in the system tray and manages a number of individual small windows in which tiny web pages (so-called portlets) from the CMS are displayed using Internet Explorer's MSHTML component. The portlets interact with the desktop agent and with other local Windows applications (and vice-versa) through JavaScript and ActiveX objects. The interaction between the portlets and the CMS takes place solely by the means of links, forms, and JavaScript in the portlet and is none of the desktop agent's business.
When bidding, please answer or comment the questions marked with an arrow / highlighted in red in the attached specification!
