Database/clone site

This bid is for building a website specialized in gaming database. This is the first website needed off a project of many websites. The coder hired for this websites is subject to work with us in our future projects if we are satisfied. The work consist of building a clone of [login to view URL], a database which work the same way with the information taken from it. All Pictures and background image will be made and sent to you. The database will require statistic based on [login to view URL] plus? some other statistic that will be sent by me? and must be automaticly updated(hourly to daily).? A tool for viewing real-time information? in-game will be required and a working example? from another website? will be shown to you. A system for rating the user on their comment is needed.
