Database and CRM accesable for remote users

The project is to develop a database that can be accessed by others from other geographical locations. The information to be captured and shared is a lead system where a user may receive a call and input the lead details into the database which is then accessed by other users. It would also be useful to upload additional forms and files to this record. I have looked at CRM applications such as zoho and highrise and I do not have the time to set up the system myself. (I've been playing around with them now for 3 hours which is too long!). If you have a CRM package in mind that can act as a database / track updates on status and link files and can set up the framework for me that would be ideal.
