Data Recovery Software

I am looking for someone to write me a piece of software that can retrieve data from deleted files or a hard disk drive/USB memory stick etc. It has to be written with a 30 day trial version, and another version which will be licence driven. I must be able to recover all file types. I want it to look good and be simple to use. Colour must be Disklabs blue, ([login to view URL]).
