DNS server queries

I need a program or script (script definitely! prefered, if in php would be excellent, but the language is negotiable and it even can be a windows software) doing the following: (1) taking out domains from textfile or MYSQL or some other database (like you think it's easiest for you, I just have to have the ability to easily include the data I have into the process) (2) query their DNS against the TLD-Server (not just a DNS check on "some" nameservers or from cache, but exactly with the fastest updated tld-registry! only, where all the DNS is coming from at the end and updates occur first) (3) if DNS-Check negative sending an notice email immediately + taking the domain out of the list, putting it into a seperate list for broken domains and send another custom email (customized to the domain with domainname as variable) immediately. (4) have the ability to change the database through a form (simple changes like including new domains & taking unwanted domains out) If it's a script (PHP, bash, or other - server is running debian), it should work well as a "continous running" task, means if list ended, begin again. In case a program should do it, the same thing - continous running should be possible and in addition to an email a program has to run an extern appliaction to for instance play a sound warning or sth. Also it should send an email, as soon as the repeat starts again form beginning, I would like this to be included too (changable as option, so I can decide yes or no with a switch). The script/program should be able to be used with at least several thousands, better millions of domains - means good memory-saving programming to ensure no unneccessary memory-filling accurs and so on you know. If you got more questions, please ask! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Script prefered, but if Program, then running with Windows 2000
