Customizable Palm DB with PC interface

I've gotten multiple replies for this request. Please keep the offers coming! I'd like a database application for the Palm that is capable of storing images or sounds (or BLObs)and 6-15 fields per entry. These fields would be searchable. It should be able to run on as many Palm-type systems as possible and support color, greyscale or b/w images as appropriate. Additionally, I'd like a PC application for Win98-Win2003 that has a GUI so I can populate or move/add/change the database and change the title of the database. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Win98 though Win 2003 OS if you can make it run via IE instead of a custom application, that's OK.
