Custom Web Interface Needed

I'm looking to get a professional "Web 2.0" style web interface. How will I use it: ------------------ The interface will be used with a PHP script I have created called eDelivery. The PHP script facilitates and handles the sales and delivery of digital goods. Before I release the latest version of eDelivery, I want to get the interface "face lifted" if you know what I mean to be current with the latest craze, "web 2.0". A screen shot of my current interface is attached in a zip file to be used as a reference to the style of layout I want. What do I want: --------------- I want it to be Web 2.0ish while looking professional and minimalistic still. You will have free creative reign over the look itself unless I require small changes. Please use the attached screen shot as a reference; Note that I must have a column similar to the screen shot where I can put a text menu. Be creative as you want, leave the slicing and implementing to me. Deliverable: ------------ I want a final PSD as the deliverable; I will slice it up in photoshop myself so I can convert it to my custom template system. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows/Linux
