Custom App for Merged Newsletters(repost)

I have a small newsletter company that serves a one specific company in the Direct Sales Industry. I publish newsletters for the Managers in that industry. We use one specific template for all of the newsletters, personalizing only with recognition categories and results provided through the corporations specialized site (back office) We are looking for an application that will pull information from the company's site in real time and merge it into our MS Publisher template. We do NOT work directly with corporate or even with the endorsement of corporate, we are hired by the independent contractors and given access that way. We currently function with an offline merge program, which is ok - but slow and outdated. This will make more sense as I walk you through it via email or on the phone. But I basically need an application to automate a merge function between a preset template in MS Publisher with a corporate website featuring the client's specific results for the month. **SUMMARY**: So, the client provides us with their username and password, we use that to access the corporate website and download their results, then merge into a template we've designed with preset merge codes. We want an application that will BATCH these things in large numbers, with approximately 10-12 different fields of recognition (sales, recruiting, contest tracking, etc) in a format that we design and can alter monthly. **FORMAT**: I'd like to discuss whether a desktop software or online application is most preferable **COPIES:** This is something I will need to be able to share with my team of contractors. They will need copies of this application on their desktop as well (or access to the online app) at no additional charge. I'm assuming if I pay for the "rights" - then I can distribute at will. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP and Vista all versions of IE and FF
