Create PHP registration system and update PHP classes

Single programmer (not a team), needed to create PHP registration system for attendees in our online meetings (web conferencing) system, and to update the PHP classes which are approx 4-5 years old. You would copy much of the existing logic, but greatly update the look and feel while adding new functions. We need someone to build a VERY RELIABLE system, but with an improved interface. Please note that we will need solid proof (other apps you have built) that you can complete the project successfully, or there is no point in bidding. Other skills that would be necessary, include AJAX, MySQL, SGAR CRM or some other CRM system. The system logs people in, schedules meetings, stores custom user info, stores contacts - and more.
