Coova Walled Garden captive portal needed

I need someone familiar with [login to view URL] to build a duplicateable project.? I need an "all in one" Walled Garden/Captive Portal for restaurants and such.? I want a LInksys router coova build that will do the following as easily as possible.? When a person connects I would like to have a web page that an end user can upload custom HTML code and some graphics to the router for their own custom portal look.? The page should have a login area and that login should be easily changeable by the end user, I don't want to use a RADIUS server externally - I want everything to run in the router.? I want this put into an image that a low level tech can upload to the router and we can sell to a restaurant and that restaurant can EASILY upload their captive portal page look to the router and change their login as often as needed.?
