Coder with financing experince to build Auto Dealer Management System

I am looking for someone to build a dealer management software. You must have knowledge of financing to be able to build it properly. I can give you a site where you can download a demo from a place so you can get an idea of what it will take. Their product has a lot of junk that is not eeded we can go thru it together if we come to an agreement to see what is needed and what is not. It needs to have the following for sure ? Deal screen to enter deals into Inventory management to be able to keep track of inventory Collections module to keep track of money owed to us and print letters and make phone calls from Recap to set sales commissions to salesman and transfer deal to sold The system also has to be able to print forms from Okidata dot matrics printer and give me a way to ad my own forms from a list of variables that I could choose and place as I need to (kind of a form builder) I am enclosing a few screenshots from a Dealer Management Software so you have an idea what this is.?
