Bus Company web app

PHP and ODBC programming for this website: [login to view URL] (This is an unfinished demonstration website written in perl/cgi.) This is a bus company, that has several routes in its area. The site is functional in terms of flow, we actually need the backend PHP coding to make it work. This will run on a windows server, and connect via ODBC to their in-house database. There are only a few tables that we deal with to make this happen, and they are in the Access file attached to this email. I have code that you can use to connect to the database, send/receive queries, etc. Some notes: The website will charge credit cards through a PC based program called PC charge. YOU DON'T NEED TO WORRY ABOUT THIS. I have already created the function to communicate with PC charge - you just call the function. Find the PC charge include file attached. The flow is basically this: 1. User arrives at site. 2. They choose a destination, and optionally a return trip 3. They enter in the passenger information (name address, etc) 4. They choose to add wireless internet access, and submit payment They can pay for it now, log in and do it later, or pay on the bus. When they log in, they see this (a list of current reservations): [login to view URL] What I don't see is how they actually add their CC to an already reserved trip. I will find out about it. The "reservation numbers" you read about are dynamically generated by the website. I will handle it and give you the code. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
